So let me set the scene. I get a text from my friend… ” I need to pop to Croydon to see if my shoes are there” my response “Ok “. To you, that probably just means I am acknowledging what she is saying. NO! Translated that means I the shopaholic is most definitely accompanying Sim to Croydon. You see Croydon is where I live and I don’t mean where I actually live, I mean I live there because I shop there at least 3 times a week and I will never turn down the chance to go if someone asks.
However knowing that my bank account is screaming at me that I need to stay indoors because it is the day before payday and I should probably embark on activities in which I shouldn’t spend any money; like house work and or better still write a blog post. What did I go and do…Of course I went.
Couple of hours later…
Enroute to the shop where Sim was collecting her shoes, I practically begged her to let me look in Zara…it was torture. I was shopping not shopping with air in my purse.
24 hours later…
Yay for payday! No sooner was that money in my account, I went and got my dress. I love it, it’s denim, it’s off the shoulder, and it has frill detail, that’s three trends in one beautiful dress. It would have been silly not too.
Now to style it…
I bought this braided waist belt with tassles from H&M
And to finish the look these snake skin sandals that I just bought online, also from H&M.
